Elegibility

All members MUST:

• Be 18 or over

• Complete our laboratory safety certification online course ($25)

• Complete in person training for user-specific laboratory work

• Receive project approval from our Safety & Ethics Review to ensure work is strictly BSL1

• Submit signed user agreement and code of conduct

To protect our user-owned IP model, our membership contracts include strict non-disclosure and non-interference clauses. OpenLabs maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sanitation and safety violations. Failure to follow these protocols will result in immediate membership revocation.
